1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of BooBo's mobile application, website, AI photo editing features, subscriptions, credits, and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using BooBo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The BooBo Service
BooBo provides AI-assisted image editing and generation tools. Features may include photo transformations, style effects, image enhancement, generated imagery, local saving, account-based credits, background processing, notifications, and paid subscription access.
Features, models, credit costs, output quality levels, supported devices, and availability may change as the Service evolves.
3. Your account
BooBo may require Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Apple account and device. You agree not to impersonate another person, misuse another person's account, or attempt to bypass authentication, subscription, or credit controls.
You must provide accurate information when contacting support and must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your photos, prompts, and content
You retain your rights in photos, prompts, and other content you submit to BooBo. You give BooBo and its service providers a limited license to transmit, process, transform, and return that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested Service, operate security systems, troubleshoot failures, and comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and process the content you submit.
5. AI-generated outputs
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, visually inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. BooBo does not guarantee that an output will exactly match your prompt or preserve every detail of an input image.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, relying on, or commercially using them. You must not use BooBo to create content that violates law, infringes rights, facilitates fraud, impersonation, harassment, or other harmful conduct.
Availability and behavior of AI models, including models accessed through fal.ai such as Nano Banana 2 and GPT Image 2, may change without notice.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal
BooBo may offer weekly, yearly, promotional, or other auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Pricing, billing period, trial or promotional terms, and included credits are displayed in the app before purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings in accordance with Apple's rules. BooBo does not directly control Apple's billing, refunds, taxes, currency conversion, or payment-method processing.
Deleting your BooBo account or deleting the app does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
7. Credits
Some BooBo features consume credits. Different models, resolutions, quality levels, or image counts may require different numbers of credits. The app will display or calculate the applicable credit cost before or during a generation flow.
Credits may be granted through subscriptions, purchases, promotions, refunds, or other offers. Credits are not cash, are not a bank deposit, do not earn interest, and generally have no monetary value outside BooBo.
We may correct balances affected by technical errors, duplicate grants, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, failed processing, or synchronization problems. When a generation fails before completion, BooBo may restore reserved credits according to the app's credit logic.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use BooBo for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, bypass, manipulate, or interfere with credit, subscription, authentication, rate-limit, or security systems.
- Use automated tools to overload the Service or generate requests at abusive scale.
- Attempt to access another user's account, credits, private data, or device content.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, harmful code, or malicious instructions.
9. Availability, background processing, and changes
AI generation depends on device capabilities, network access, third-party providers, model availability, and operating-system restrictions. Background processing may continue when supported by iOS, but completion is not guaranteed if the operating system suspends or terminates the app.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, model changes, cost controls, or product development.
10. BooBo intellectual property
BooBo, its branding, interface, software, designs, logos, and service materials are owned by BooBo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of BooBo software or branding.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BooBo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation to the extent those warranties may legally be disclaimed.
We do not guarantee that AI outputs are unique, accurate, free of third-party claims, suitable for commercial use, or available indefinitely.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BooBo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or device content arising from or related to use of the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those locations, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using BooBo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, repeated abuse, material violation of these Terms, or threats to the Service or other users.
Termination of a BooBo account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple.
14. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded BooBo from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and BooBo, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for BooBo except as required by applicable law.
Your use of BooBo must also comply with the App Store's applicable terms and Apple's standard end user license terms where they apply. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are also subject to Apple's rules.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
